Passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday October 2, 2024, at her home in Silver Creek, NY, she was 53. Loving mother of Alexander Tylwalk, Rebecca and Dennis Schaff III. Daughter of Michael (Debra) Tylwalk and Donna Phillips. Sister of Michael Tywalk III and Timothy Phillips. Grandmother of Silas Hooper and Alexandria Gard. Friends may call Monday from 5PM-7PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY, where services will follow at 7PM.
