Obituary of Lois A. Timm

Lois A. Timm entered into rest on December 15, 2023, at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of Earl A. Timm, with whom she shared 72 years of devoted marriage. She was the cherished sister of Patricia Krantz and the late Richard Work. Lois was the mother of Wayne (Pornjana) Timm, Donald (Kathy) Timm, Earl Jr. (late Terrie) Timm, David (late Marianne) Timm, Sherry (Jeff) Becker, Diane (Steve) Wieszala, Laurie Seguin, Jacqueline (Donald) Newman, and Owen (Robin) Timm. She was predeceased by her son Gary Timm. Lois is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Raising 10 children, born less than two years apart through the 1950s and 1960's, Lois faced significant hardships that shaped her life and family. Though her journey as a mother was marked by challenges, she approached it with determination and an unwavering work ethic. She provided stability and did her best to navigate the demands of a large family under difficult circumstances. Despite the struggles she endured, Lois remained resourceful and hardworking. Later in life, Lois enjoyed being a school bus driver until she could no longer continue due to medical reasons. She continued her education to develop computer skills earning a Certificate in Computing from Trocaire College. She found joy in learning new skills and took pride in her role as a wife and partner to Earl. Her life was a testament to resilience and strength. In accordance with Lois’s wishes, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
