Of the Cattaraugus Seneca Territory, died Tuesday May 17, 2022, in Buffalo Mercy Hospital, he was 81. Beloved husband of Martha Nephew. Loving father of Marvin Nephew Jr. and Lesley E. (Wes) Kennedy. Grandfather of Amanda Rose, Haley and Julia Kennedy. Great grandfather of James Haring. Friends may call Friday from 2PM – 5PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY were service will be held Saturday at 11AM. Marvin was a member the Seneca Nation Wolf Clan . He was also a member of the Eagles, Hamburg Moose Lodge, and American Legion, Holy Moly Campers and liked bowling and camping
