Of Angola, NY, January 6, 2022. Son of the late Charles and Grace Mullen. Brother of Russell Mullen and Charleen Williams. Uncle of Todd and Tyler. Also survived by 2 grand nieces and a grand nephew. Donald attended PS 23 and Kensington High. A celebration of Life is planned for the future. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, NY.
