Obituary of Jessica Anne Grassmick
Jessica (Jess) Grassmick,
beloved daughter of Carolyn and Jim Grassmick, cherished sister of Jacob Grassmick, loving partner and soulmate of Jacob Reid, mother to Cole, Lita, Le’o, and stepmother to Aylah, died of Covid December 2, 2021. She was 32 years old.
Jess was deeply devoted to her Catholic Faith and she grew up participating in youth and young adult ministry.
She was an accomplished artist, cook, baker, and paintball player, but her greatest joy in life was her four children, Cole, age 9; Lita, age 4; Le’o, age 7 mos; and stepchild Aylah age 15.
Jess was born in Camp Pendleton, California, and grew up in San Diego; Scotts Bluff, Nebraska; Heinzville, Georgia; and Belleville Michigan, until she finally settled in Western New York.
Jess is survived by her maternal grandmother, Elaine Mucci, her favorite nephew Kade Mancini, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jess was known to give her last dollar to help someone in need.
