David was such a good friend to my husband and they enjoyed spending time at Burger King and then Tim Horton's for coffee with Wes and Dan . Dave helped Dennis organize the workshop area of his barn and the two of them worked on several projects together. He had a great sense of humor and was a very interesting person. He helped me after Dennis died and I saw him a few times at Tim Horton's and we usually sat and had a chat. So sorry for your loss, Cathy, Randy, Sarah and the rest of the family. He was one of the "good ones" He will be missed.

I worked with Dave at the Ford Plant. He was always willing to lend a hand and when you had a job to do, he was right in there with you. No matter what I was working on - cars, farm, or contraptions, Dave was always enthusiastic and would come up with ideas, parts or a way to build a better mousetrap. We had fun. He will be missed.

Uncle Dave would take me to Mr. Bill's for tacos! Sometimes we would pick up Wes or Bev or someone on the way and make an adventure out of it. I remember one day, we drove to the mall to get mom a swim suit, so we could all go to the beach and get in the water and no one felt left out. Uncle Dave was a kind and light-hearted soul.
