Judy and the Dutchess family I'm so sorry to hear about John, I have such great memories of the times at the house on Rode Island Street and West Side sports. John was like a brother to me, although we were apart by many miles later in life he was always in my thoughts. He was the greatest friend to me and I'm going to miss him very much. My thoughts, prayers and love to entire Dutchess family.

There are so many memories of Johnny. Peter and I spent many, many years with John and Judy doing so many things.... I think my favorite memory is when we went to Lake Chautauqua and we were waiting to get into a restaurant and I wanted a piece of gum. I checked my purse and couldn't find any. Johnny was chewing gum and without skipping a beat he took the gum out of his mouth and stuffed it into mine. Judy and Peter burst out laughing.. I always loved hanging out with them. Johnny was the absolute best! Kind, loving and always a fun time! The world was definitely a better place with him in it...fly high Johnny, we'll all miss you...Love you
Judy, Jen, Joan, Janell and all of your families....Sending love & hugs to each and every one of you. You are in my thoughts and prayers..

Janell, I’m so sorry for you, and your families loss... I know when people suffer a loss everyone try’s to comfort you with words and really doesn’t do anything to ease the pain, but I hope all the great memories you all have with your father brings you so much comfort, and light it blocks the darkness of the moment... you we’re all truly fortunate to have such an amazing man in your life. I’m praying for you all. God bless

Being his older sister I remember when he was born. He was the pride and joy of his parents. The golden child. He lived up to the name. He was a good son, great brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He will be sorely missed.
