I just discovered Al's passing. I worked with Al many years ago at one of my communities. I loved having him come to do asset reviews. He was such a fun guy and work would fly by with him. My condolences to his friends and family. I am sure he is missed

Sadden to hear of Al’s passing. I worked with Al and Ken Pestka at Sommerfelt many, many years ago. Al always made me laugh. Rest In Peace, Al, and have a beer on me. My condolences to his family.

To the Schallmo family,
Al and I worked together in real estate back in the early 70s.
Weren't too many days that went by without Al giving help to
someone without any expectation of compensation. I was one
of those he helped in so many ways. Not to mention all of the
fun and hilarious times we spent together both in and out of
the office. Al will NEVER be forgotten by me until I'm also gone.
Maybe we will meet again. All my love to the entire Schallmo
Family. To Al: RIP my friend. Tom Graziani
