Of Angola, NY, August 14, 2018, 89Yrs. Beloved husband of Marilyn Drago; loving father of Greg (Susan) Drago. Brother of Robert (Doris) Drago, the (late Lenore) James Seeley and the late Carolyn (Richard) McDonald. Cherished grandfather of Christina Drago, Victoria (Daniel) Howard, Timothy Clabeaux and Gregory (Bernadette) Clabeaux. Friends may call Friday from 1 PM – 3 PM and 6 PM– 9 PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10AM in Most Precious Blood Church, Angola, NY. PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Franklin attended Angola Schools K-12 and graduated from Angola High in 1947, where he played 3 varsity sports. He then Graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1951. He received his Law Degree, Cum Laude, from Notre Dame Law School in 1954. He was an avid Notre Dame Sports fan, with a particular interest in Football. He served as President of the family business, Bison Canning Company in Angola, NY, and was the 1 St. President of GOYA Foods Great Lakes, Angola, NY. He served as an Officer and Director of New York State Food Processors Association, was a member of the Evans Brant Chamber of Commerce, Angola Planning Board and an honorary member of the Angola Volunteer Fire Department.
