Beloved husband of the late Nina (Notaro) Faltus; son of the late Karel and Catherine Faltus of the Ukraine; brother of the late Frantisek, Frantina, Philomena, Anton, Josef and Maria also of the Ukraine and the late Karel of the Czech Republic; also survived by several nieces and nephews in the Ukraine and Czech Republic; brother in law of Bertha, Phyllis, Frances and the late Thomas J. (late Josephine) Notaro; uncle of Arline (Anthony) Danial, Joanne (Gary) Jaworek and Margaret (Ronald) Brennan; great uncle of Julia (Anthony) Thompson, Jonathan and Joseph Danial, Thomas (Andrea) Jaworek, Olivia (Rafael) Frias, Jacqueline (David) Berning, Merideth and Jillian Jaworek; great, great uncle of Aubrey and Owen Thompson, Oliver and Adella Frias and Theodore Berning. Main Street, Angola, NY Where prayer services will be held Wednesday at 10 AM Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM In Most Precious Blood Church, Angola, NY. Interment services will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Fredonia, NY. Jerry was a member of the Holy Name Society and the Brant Vol. Fire Co.. Flowers gratefully declined.
