Obituary of Darlene A. Prizel

Darlene A Prizel (nee Phillips) Of Forestville, NY passed away, Tuesday October 3, 2023, peacefully with family by her side. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Raymond L Prizel Sr. and grandson James Haines. Dear mother of Ronald (Lisa), Raylene (Dave), Raymond Jr. (Kimberley) and Richard (Kimberly). Gramma to Jacob (Allison), Erica (Mike), Joshua (Laura), Elizabeth (Chris), Cody, Brock, Shawn, Brandon, Kylie, Evan and Cooper. Great Gram to Jessie, Hannah, Ava Lyn, Olivia, Jaiden, Jessina, Greyson, Hattie and Henry. She was born in California to the late Clara and R.B Phillips being raised with her siblings Tom (Cheryl) and the late Robert, Butch (Wilma) and Shyla; also survived by her brother-in-law Eddie (late Bernalee) many nieces, nephews and cousins. After serving her country, as a nurse, Darlene moved to Angola, NY with her family where she worked and retired from the New Era Hat Factory. Even in her spare time she would sew and crochet making hand towels, blankets and quilts for her family. These treasures will provide us warmth for many years to come. Finally, she loved her Buffalo Bills and said this is the year they will win it all. Go Bills!!! Private services will be held by the family.
