Of the Cattaraugus Seneca Territory, died unexpectedly Monday March 2, 2026, he was 59. He was born into the Turtle Clan of the Seneca Nation of Indians on July 27, 1966. Beloved husband of Lesley Kennedy. Loving father of Justin, Amanda, Haley and Julia Kennedy. Son of Cheryll (late Darwin) Kennedy. Brother of Barbara (William D.) Kennedy –Brooks and Ryan (Claudia) Jimerson. Son-in-law of Marty (late Marvin) Nephew Sr.. Brother –in-law of Marvin Nephew Jr. Grandfather of James, Jayla, Jude, June, Jace and Jasmine. Friends may call Wednesday and Thursday at the family home of Barbara Kennedy-Brooks, 14167 Rt. 438, Gowanda, NY where services will be held Friday at 10AM. Interment will follow in the family cemetery. Arrangements by the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY.
