Obituary of Keith Jeffrey Hall
Please share a memory of Keith to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Keith Jeffrey Hall, retired Senior Master Sergeant of Angola NY, passed away on February 17, 2026. Born on August 22, 1957 in Baltimore, MD. Keith was a long-time resident of Angola and Sanborn, NY. He graduated from Milford Mill High School in 1975 and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving as a Weapons Inspector and Nuc-Bio-Chemical Specialist. In 1986 he joined the Niagara Falls 107th Air National Guard as Emergency Manager, retiring in 1996. He later worked as a Safety & Health Instructor for the UB OSHA Training Center and as Safety & Occupational Manager for the USACE in Buffalo, NY.
Keith was a dedicated volunteer, serving with the Sanborn Fire Company, Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Niagara County HazMat Team, American Red Cross, WNY OSHA Federal Safety & Health Council, and the Farnham Fire Department.
He was blessed to share his life with his partner, Carrie Forbes and their dogs Mae and Moe. Together they enjoyed traveling by RV, visiting family in North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and spending time in Key West. Above all, Keith cherished his daughters, Brooke and Mari and grandsons, Corey and Alex more than words can describe.
Keith was the son of the late James Hampton Hall and Mary Frances Ellington. He was preceded in death by his beloved sister, Linda Sue "Suzy" Hall, who was loved by all and never forgotten. He is survived by Carrie Forbes; daughters, Mari (John) Tucker of Niagara Falls and Brooke Hall; grandsons, Corey and Alex Tucker; Beloved Papa to Willow, Layla, Darwin, and Henry Mosher. Sister, Dianne (Rick) Mentzer; and nephews, Nicholas and Andrew.
Keith's guiding principles were:
1.Don't spend too much time counting your blessings and spend more time being one.
2.There are three types of people in life: Givers, Takers, and some who are a little of both. Takers are easy to spot, so stand clear!
3. God Put us here to help those who cannot help themselves.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Keith on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM, held at the Newcomb-Long American Legion Post 928, Derby, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Farnham Fire Department or Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY.
