I hold so many cherished memories of visiting my Uncle Ken and Aunt Connie’s home. Connie had such a gift for making everyone feel loved and welcome. When I was finishing College my mother felt the need to let me know she had not finished high school. I had the opportunity to remind her of how much she had been able to accomplish highlighting she had been the chairwoman of the Western New York Federation of Women and put her husband through College for his Bachelor's, Masters and PH.d. She did not need to worry about what she had not done, but what she had. Or so I remember it.
