Of Angola, NY, May 9, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Mildred Wright. Loving father of Jerry (Tammy) Wright Jr., Timothy (Judy) Wright, Deneen (Christopher) Lalock and Scott (Kim) Wright. Brother of Elizabeth (David) Sutherland, Marion (John) Andruschat, Patricia (late Don) Chiavetta, late Kathleen (John) Leutze, late Rachelle (George) Adams, and the late William, James, Robert (Victoria) Wright and Cleo (Charles) Rechlin. Grandfather of Jonathon, Jennifer, Travis, Talia, Olivia, Todd and Michael. Great grandfather of Joseph, Valerie, Ondrej, Mia and Cole. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive friends, Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 4PM-7PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. Gerald retired as a Detective in 1998 from the City of Buffalo Police Dept. after 30 years of service. FLOWERS GRATEFULLY DECLINED. Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Inc.
