Massive condolences to Paul's family. He was a fantastic engineer, admired by many for his work most recently on the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel project and a gentleman. May he rest in eternal peace.

So sorry to hear about Paul. I have worked closely with Paul for the last 6 years on our HRBT project and although I only met him in person a couple of times, we would often chat multiple times a day. Not only was he a great person but he was an outstanding engineer, able to handle and solve complex, challenging problems. So many difficult meetings were defused by Paul calmly explaining the issue and exactly what we could do to solve it. I will miss him a lot.

I got to work with Paul the last two and one half years on Hampton Roads Tunnel Project. He was a straight shooter and no-nonsense colleague. He was a great engineer on some of the most challenging work in the United States. Humble is another word that comes to mind to describe his style. He is sorely missed by all those who worked around him.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Paul's family and friends. His dedication to his vocations was exemplary. Paul was a brilliant engineer with an extraordinary work ethic and a level of caring match by few. May he rest his peace, and his loved one overcome their grief and find joy in their memories of him.

Strictly hip!!! One of the things Paul and Tara loved to do together. I enjoyed being with you both over the past summer.
